To Report a Problem about our Privacy Practices, click here.

DHMH will log your complaint and handle the complaint in a way that is consistent with the DHMH Corporate Compliance Policy.  DHMH will take no retaliatory action against you if you make such complaints.

Complaints Against Other Organizations

Persons who are not clients of a DHMH program, or their personal representatives, may file privacy complaints with that organization and with US Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
