 About the Division of Ethics

The Division of Ethics manages and maintains proper ethical conduct for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) by preventing potential conflicts of interest on the part of DHMH employees.  It also ensures that affected personnel complete annual Financial Disclosure statements and Disclosure of Employment and Compensation Outside the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene forms.
